Jeremiah Anderson has spent the last 10 years doing land management work full-time across Central Florida — reading terrain, running heavy equipment, and solving problems on properties ranging from 5-acre residential lots to 1,000+ acre timber tracts. 2016 marked the start of TreeShop, and every year since has been spent in the field.
That's 500+ projects across 32 Florida counties. Not subbed out, not supervised from a truck — Jeremiah operates every piece of equipment and walks every project from the initial estimate through final walkthrough. Lacey manages operations, client communication, and the business systems that keep projects running on schedule.
Owner-operated means you're never chasing down a project manager or wondering who's going to show up. The person who gave you the estimate is the same person running the equipment and the same person doing the final walkthrough.
Equipment
TreeShop deploys CAT large-frame track loaders equipped with high-flow hydraulics and purpose-built forestry mulcher heads including Fecon and Diamond attachments. For excavation and heavy clearing, we run 20+ ton CAT excavators with grapple rakes, thumbs, and specialized land clearing attachments.
This isn't a skid steer with a brush cutter bolted on — it's production-grade iron designed specifically for Florida land management. Low ground pressure tracks for soft soils, serious pushing power for dense vegetation, and the hydraulic capacity to drive mulcher heads at full RPM through hardwood.
